Come along for this exciting programme focused on general and specialist aspects of parasitology, sponsored by our Parasites & Pathogens Special Interest Group and with discounted rates for BES members. The event will be held online with a platform designed to maximise opportunities for interaction, through live Q&A sessions, breakout discussion rooms and virtual trade stands for our exhibitors and sponsors.

The meeting will run across two streams. The main science stream will incorporate a mix of varied high quality themed scientific sessions, keynote speakers and presentations by postgraduate and postdoctoral researchers. The second, specialist stream, will include:

  • A series of talks from the Infectious Diseases Data Observatory
  • Sessions focused on schistosomiasis, curated by Prof Mike Doenhoff and Prof Tony Walker;
  • A session on gender and racial equality in science, focusing on what parasitologists can do to address those issues.
