New ‘In-depth Reports’ from the European Commission’s Science for Environment Policy service
The Science for Environment Policy is a free news and information service published by the European Commission’s Directorate-General Environment. The aim of the service is to provide policymakers and other stakeholders with the latest environmental research findings needed for evidence-based policy.
Information is already provided through several different ways by the Science for Environment Policy (news alerts, thematic issues, policy briefs, a research repository) and now the new ‘In-depth Reports’ is added to the repertoire.
The reports take a comprehensive look at the latest science for key policy topics.
Currently three reports are available:
• The Multifunctionality of Green Infrastructure
• Soil Sealing
• Plastic Waste: Ecological and Human Health Impacts
All ‘In-depth Reports’ are available to download from the Science for Environment Policy website.
